"Had a fantastic 3 night stay at Hotel Vision. The staff were very helpful and friendly. From the front desk staff giving advice on directions and using public transport to the restaurant staff who were always on hand and kept the busy restaurant constantly stocked and cleaned during breakfast. Was even surprised with a birthday cake at breakfast. Thank you to all the staff who work very hard. We had a fantastic stay."

"The hotel is in a good location and has been nicely restored and furnished. Unfortunately, the management is not at the level expected from a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping was rather superficial, and the tea and coffee supplies in the room were not always replenished. I also found the daily replacement of both towels and bed linen unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible.
