"The building is old, which is to be expected, and it has plenty of character. The main floor gives off a bit of a pretentious vibe, and the place can feel a little creepy at night, but that's all part of staying in a historic building. The rooms themselves are decent enough, although they're definitely showing their age. "Incredible service 11/10!! Totally lived up to the hype. The beauty was in the details - the slippers laid out at night, the cold eucalyptus towels at the pool, the champagne sabering in the lobby at 6 pm. Could not recommend this more highly!"

"Comfortable bed. Room was a bit dark and kitchen had no clothes or towels to wipe counters or do dishes. Great location for Old Toronto, Hockey Hall of Fame. Breakfast from Bistro was good."

"This was a great property in an excellent location, walking distance to everything I wanted to do as a first-time tourist (including the ferry to Toronto Island). It’s very close to a grocery store as well as St. Lawrence Market. In addition, I liked that it was close to Union Station. I ate at the restaurant when I arrived, and it was very good. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre! We chose this hotel because we were in Toronto for a concert, and it turned out to be the perfect location. It's within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shops, and being so close to Union Station made getting around incredibly convenient.
