"Quiet and clean. I wish it had a lobby though for us to sit. Be aware rooms are very dark (not a lot of lighting or natural light) I know that's the whole aesthetic but it did make it difficult to put on make up or just see clearly in the room. "Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
