"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations.
The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall.
Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"Stayed here 3 nights with my wife and 1 year old child. They were extremely accommodating to us as a family of a young child. They provided a crib, were able to offer a larger room with more space for us, and were gracious as our 1 year old made a contained mess around breakfast. There’s not a lot of young children around Zermatt and I don’t see it as a given for them to be accommodating to them, so I truly appreciate them helping make this such a memorable experience for our young family. ...
"This was our third stay at Hotel Firefly in Zermatt, and once again, we had an amazing experience.
We stayed as a family of five, including our 6-year-old, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
