"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. "Everything was great except for the hotel allowing smoking on the decks which means if you want a no smoking room that doesn’t exist. A quick solution have them smoke outside on the ground floor. Nothing worse that smelling tobacco smoke in your room!"
