"Very worn stair carpets - had to use the stairs as there was only one, very small, lift working and waiting for it took up most of the morning. Not much food on offer in the evening apart from a (frozen?) pizza - which was actually very nice."

"Beautiful room, fantastic staff, fabulous stay! I was in the Cheriton room and it was great. LOVED the coffee machine and luxe toiletries as well as the deep bath and robe. Thank you to the reception team who lent Me a phone charger (please install a couple of ish sockets!), would recommend ♥️"
