"Lovely view from window. Very spacious room, with a lovely spacious bath/ shower room Located in a nice area of mumbles. Parking would £17 per day. Which could be a problem for longer stay."

"The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside "

"The hotel is solid, not a bad stay and the bed was quite comfortable. The property is quite run down though, with ripped / broken carpet, no fridges, and the rooms and hallways have likely not seen renovations for quite some time. Staff were very nice though."

"Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value. The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room. TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels. The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable. "Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "
