"Poor management, I was offered a room (510) with washbasin at 2 1/2 feet height, with water splashing around. No bathroom curtain, no antiskid mat in shower area. Every time when the doorbell rang there was blaring fire alarm, which NOONE could figure out why? When the front desk was informed, they were just passing the buck. The floor manager had no idea what the problem was and perhaps had never visited any of the hotel room to check. It was a family holiday with my younger sister, and it was ruined. can not recommend!"

"Breakfast was good. But the Ac was not very effective. Same way the shower did not have good flow of water. "

"1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure! "

"The bedsheet had blood stain. Lots of mosquitoes, because windows were left open. I did not stay there and paid for the rooms. The reviews on Expedia were not truthful. I paid for two rooms, but would not stay there. Staff was ok, but again not truthful. "
