Great location , rooms was good however service needs a little improvement There was water clogging in the shower cubic and was not fixed even after informing them twice

There is no facility for the drivers. No place to sleep, they have to sleep in the care and also no proper place to bath. Such a big chain. Should have this basic facility for guest travelling with their drivers.

Took like 60 mins to check in, while all formalities were complete. Then the Internet did not work till 1 AM, as the Last Name Entered by the Guest relations person was wrong. The hotel is very old, and there are a few things that don't work. But Rooms are clean, and amenities good - though you are charged for Water. Breakfast was good too

Business hotel with good view of river

Nice hotel just located the in Sabarmati river bed with all the required amenities for a business traveller. Even though hotel room looks little outdated, still spacious and well maintained. You can view the Sabarmati river from rooms and really a spectacular view during night time. Front office staff took lot of time to check in and check out which can be improved. Easily accessible from airport also in less than 20 minutes

Early check in was easily facilitated. The double room requested with extra bed was well taken care of - the room was large plenty of space to move around.. Room had an excellent river view and a sitting area that made our stay, a staycation. Restaurant was good - sumptous breakfast buffet as well as a good a la carte menu.

Great hotel in Ahmedabad!

We were so happy that we had chosen this hotel for our stay in Ahmedabad! We checked in very late and therefore got up late for breakfast and were really surprised to receive a call from the restaurant reminding us about the breakfast time. Their attention was very touching. The rooms are newly renovated and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. We liked the location as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel but needs renovation urgently

Hotel Management and Staff are very good. They are very helpful and are careful enough to not tread on your toes. However, it is an old property, requiring renovations urgently. One of the rooms I was in had problematic shower. The whole bathroom would fill up with water, when you took the shower. Don't know where the water came from. The In the replacement room, the bathtub would not drain fast enough so I would standing in ankle deep water after 5 mins. of shower. All fixtures are old and rickety.

We booked three rooms but while reaching at 7pm the room was not ready to move. two of our guest has to leave in our room till the room gets clear. This is something unbelievable when your check out time is 12noon & you charged us for one day. food choice for buffet was not upto the standard.

Very old school hotel

I have stayed in sarovar before in Chandigarh as well. After two experiences I would never go again. Since I prefer maintained n new furniture. Very clean rooms n bathrooms. Linen should be clean n not only clean. It's a brand n does not live upto the standards. But the service was very nice. No complains for the service.
