"Housekeeping was not great. I had to ask if our room would be cleaned as it was past 6pm and was not cleaned. I found out they only clean every three days. This was Sunday. Room serviced Monday but not cleaned until Friday when I asked. There was sticky stuff on the floors and beds were never made. The free breakfast was not very good although the omelet station was good. The location is great for first timers visiting Maine."

"Price was unbeatable, bed was comfy and clean, shower hot and clean. Yes, the place is under renovation and the breakfast lacking, but staff was kind and again, price was unbeatable. Basic accommodations, not swanky at all. If you are looking for a comfortable place to hang out and socialize, not the place I would choose. If you are needing a stay for the night, like I was, it does the trick."

"Light airy and up to date, short stroll from the jet port, very convenient! Rooms have microwaves, keurigs, nice amenities for the traveler. Had the dinner salad with grilled salmon, perfect for an easy “room and tv” evening before catching my flight. The staff were great, very helpful."

"Front desk person was friendly and was very helpful. Our first room had a loud fan noise coming from the A/C system so we called to get a room change and she was good about that. The bed was comfy, room was clean and quiet. We were hopeful the breakfast would be great (based on reviews), but we were very disappointed at the lack of flavor in most of the food. Coffee was good."

"Has a fairly good location. We did however encounter a homeless man jumping in the pool when we went to go enjoy it."

"Perfect clean room and bathroom. 4 pillows per bed, extra blanket. best shower pressure I have ever had in a motel!! So close to hospital and mall and Portland. Very well run a real diamond in the ruff!! Will also be our choice for this part of Maine."

"Some staff were AMAZING and the others were rude. The breakfast has like 10 tables for three floors and the bad staff will yell at you if you try to go back to your room even when there is nowhere to sit. They could just explain, but they choose to yell like you are in pre school"

"The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It was a busy weekend with lots of children using the pool, hot tub and running in the halls. Breakfast was also busy but the staff was efficient to keep up with the demand. A good value compared to hotel prices in Portland."

"Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby."
