Loved this place!! Right on the ocean, we could hear the surf from our room. The Murphy bed was great, comfortable to sleep on, than fold it away during the day. Full sized fridge and lots of counter space. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a studio apt with a murphy bed, full kitchen. Property is on the beach and provide chairs on the beach. Soft sand, but as expected the ocean here is pretty chilly even on Sept 1st. The management let us checkin early and were very accomodating. Also there is a nice, heated indoor pool with towels provided.

We set our expectations too high

Disappointed. We reserved a room for 4 people. We were on the first floor without an ocean view. The ceiling was very stained. And not sound proof...we could hear the people upstairs running around for a while late at night. A double sized futon served as the second double bed. A Murphy bed as the other. The sheets were sandy. We visited the pool which was across the street. There was some muddy looking piles around the indoor pool. Bathroom tiny. Walk to pier was a little over a mile. Paid $340 for one night.

It was great overall. We liked that they had beach chairs for guests to use, and the location was right on the beach. We were worried about the Murphy beds, but they were fine. The door to your room is a sliding one, and they are kind of hard to open. Also, I’m glad my mom brought shampoo, conditioner, lotion and etc, because they only have the little thing of conditioning shampoo and two little bars of soap in the room.

I appreciate the staff staying late to check us in after 9pm. I didn't know we had to unload in one place and park the car in the other which was okay. The room itself was very warn and dated. There were spider webs everywhere and piles of dead ants. A few of the cabinet doors were falling off. The bathroom walls looked like they had black mold at one time. We could also hear every move the upstairs guests made and they were constantly moving the furniture which is understandable to some degree as the murphy bed and futon made it hard to move about the room. It's great for the beach access but I wouldn't stay here again.
