"This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Sunset Town. Walk to the tram to the water park. Very close to lots of great restaurants & nightlife. Our room was the best!! If you are in a top floor room facing the water you have an excellent view of kiss bridge & the fireworks at night. "

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

The highlight was the incredible view from the balcony, where you can see the cable cars passing by and enjoy the nightly Kiss of the Sea fireworks show—no tickets needed! "Mia very pleasant on arrival. Room was 50 metres across and down the street. Needed some TLC. Mould around sinks, bare walls, no glasses etc. Breakfast was 100 metres past reception in the other direction in a cafe. It wasn’t free as advertised. You got a sandwich, and jug of tea, but had to pay for drinks. From 4th floor room, excellent view of fireworks. "
