"Unfortunately, we only spent one night here. We did have a drink at the bar which was excellent. The staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. This includes the valet and house keeping. The rooms were awesome and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Breakfast was less then average cold eggs not much of a selection. Room seemed clean but over used air freshener almost unbearable, the parking was sufficient. "

"Ice maker on the 5th floor… stayed during a storm lost power no generator so from 945pm til I check out the next morning at 830 am no power … never do staff check on anyone I understand it is a large hotel but could have made some effort… when asked what would of happened if a person needed power for medical reasons was told they would have to call ambulance… to rack up an extra bill some may not be able to afford…"
