"The hotel has become a pot smokers paradise.
The pictures don't do justice online. Place is definitely a 2 or less star in my opinion.
I paid $200 per night and it felt like a cheap motel.
Elevator always smelled like Marijuana.
In a four night stay we changed rooms at 11:00 pm as the adjoining room, there was pot smoking going on. The smell was so strong in our room that we couldn't breathe.
This is not even an area where there should be a parking charge. It's $15 per night.

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles.
I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all.
Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices.
On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good.
Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Staff makes this place so welcoming! Excellent customer service! It is kept so clean and they are on top of all the area. Breakfast is only cereal and toast, coffee/tea but a microwave and kettle is available. The office space is nice with a coupon private booths for calls. "Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment...
