"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible. Apparently there is a ramp but we never saw it. Opted for room service but the order never went through to the kitchen. Waited an hour and then I went to the restaurant and re-ordered our dinner. Staff were very helpful...

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

The bar was very nice, along with the little courtyard in the back. Great place to hang out. Loved the coffee bar. Excellent coffee drinks! Didn't really like the setup of the bed. There was no room on either side to get in or out, so you had to climb up on it to get in. Also, wasn't crazy about the bathroom. Just a small room with a toilet and...

"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."
