"Stayed in Munich for 3 nights. Arrived a bit early, but to our suprise our room was ready. All the staff we had interactions with were so polite and friendly. From giving us advice on where to go/visit. To lending me some cutlery for our takeaway. The room was amazing! We stayed in the suite. Apart from the 'bubble bath' jets weren't working. Cant fault it one bit. Breakfast was great also. If we ever return to Munich this is where we will stay! Thank you Dale and Hannah"

"Paid for a room with a fridge. The fridge didn’t work and even though we spoke to the front desk multiple times, they only sent someone to « fix » it on our last night (total of 4 nights). All of our food went bad and in the end, the worker couldn’t even fix the fridge. On top of that, it was a 2 twin bed room, but only one of the beds had a working outlet. "Zu allererst muss ich sagen, dass der Unterkunft nichts fehlt und wir einfach ein wenig Pech hatten. Wir haben einen Parkplatz dazu gebucht und mussten leider eine Stunde warten, bis wir jemanden telefonisch erreichten, da wir außerhalb der Check-in-Zeiten ankamen. Der Mann, mit dem wir dann schlussendlich telefoniert haben, half uns dann schnell und unkompliziert.
