"Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. "I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!"

"First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice."

"First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. "Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. "

"Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel is well located with good parking. There are a few worn spots and the pool needed attention."

"I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo."
