"A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. "

"無人ロビーなので、出入りの際に気を使わなくてすんだのが思いのほか良かった。 清潔さがあり、快適だった。(浴槽四隅に少しカビがあったが、あの程度ならカビ取り剤で落ちそうなのですぐ改善できそうだと思った) ベットが3つあり、大きさも申し分なく寝心地も良かった。 ネトフリ等見放題だったので、子供たちが喜んでいた。 洗面台が2つあり使い勝手が良かったが、左右に(壁とか間に)隙間があり、歯ブラシ等落ちていたし、実際使いづらく感じたので、隙間が無い方がいいと思った。 洗面台が折角2つあるので、タオル掛けのバーも2つあれば尚使い勝手がよかった。 玄関の照明が自動なので、玄関近くを通ると照明がついてしまい、眩しいのでオフに出来ればよかった。(手動スイッチの記載があったが、全く分からなかった。方法があるなら、分かりやすく記載して欲しい) 博多駅に近く料金も手頃なので、機会があればまた利用したい。"

"Overall hygiene inside the property is okay except for the toilet. The toilet bowl has stains which look disgusting. Ventilation inside the toilet room is bad. Even though we switch on the ventilation fan for some time before/after each usage, the toilet is still very smelly."

"I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. If you're coming from the airport, I'd probably take the subway, transferring at hakata from the orange line to the green line. There's only a few escalators to deal with, and once you get to...
