"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."

"This place was great for our group of 4 people. The space was clean and only a short walk to the metro station. We made this place our home base for our Tokyo trip and it was very pleasant. They were also able to receive our luggage delivery so that was super helpful. "

"Spacious and clean room, new towels delivered daily, and well equipped with kitchenware and washer/dryer. Easy check in/out. I didn’t realize in advance that luggage forwarding companies don’t deliver here but the Yamato office is only a 12 minute walk away. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent staff, very pleasant and very helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Free coffee and tea at the dining room from 10am. Highly recommended. But just one little thing to mention is no face lotion supply at the hotel. "

The room's design was well thought out where we could black out the room if we wanted to or open it up so we could see the view. We had to stay another night and they were easily able to accommodate"
