"The hotel was very close to all the tourist attractions a few minutes walk to the blue mosque, the staff were excellent, well spoken compared to other hotels that we stayed in the past. The room we stayed in needed a bit of maintenance, but other than that, very nice hotel, especially the ninth floor where the restaurant is. you’ve got a great view"

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...

"Great staff and location, but rooftop was closed and rooms need update.
The primary reason we chose the Sultanhan Hotel was for its rooftop and location, so disappointed that rooftop was closed for repairs for the entire duration of our stay.
Right in the heart of Sultanahmet and within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and local tram stations.
The staff are nice; they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was also great, cleaning...

"Overall I would recommend to anyone. However, some objective criticism is warranted in a few areas. First, I booked deluxe house room which was to be bigger and have a view. When we got there I got a room with very small windows, and a view of a building across the street. I was also atop a very loud jazz bar. They informed it would stop at 10:40 PM. Again, I booked this hotel and this room for optimum quiet…so we had to move. Some of the booking may be an Expedia problem. Recommend that you...

"The location of this hotel is superb, central to all main attractions, shops and tram. The hotel itself is pristine, rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. The biggest asset is the staff who are all friendly, professional and extremely helpful and attentive. A special mention to Ozan, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our staff a memorable and enjoyable experience."

"The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. We requested for a change of room & they responded quickly & changed our room after breakfast the next morning. Other than this blemish, other aspect of the hotel was fine.
