The property had it all. From impressive art deco interiors, walking distance to the shore, welcoming and attentive staff, great breakfast selection, an amazing roof top restaurant with a stunning view of the sea, to proximity to many other amenities and restaurants. This location was top notch. This will be the hotel we stay in next time we visit Istanbul!

Very happy with my stay. It is a 4-star property and has the amenities you expect from a 4-star. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard. It is very nicely located with much shopping and dining around. Marmaray station is close and easy to use for public transport.

The staff at this property are really nice. However, the rooms, hallways, lobby,etc need a major upgrade: carpets were in poor condition, showers not the best. The bedding was clean and location excellent. Also, there was an aroma that was sprayed through the hallways, etc that was a very heavy scent. This is our second time staying here two summers in a row and both times when we returned to our room the room was filled with a smoke smell that had entered our room through the vents.

Excellent, independent hotel property. There are lots of eating options just outside the hotel. Very safe. The reception staff need to be more conversant in English. Barring that, everything is too good. We enjoyed the stay.

Spring Stay

Hotel location is very good, sea walk across the street, 5 min walk to active Bagdat St., and nice cafes and restaurants around. We had a sea view room which was clean and comfortable except for the hard pillows. Front desk people friendly and helpful. Here I would like to especially thank Mr. Akın for making the extra effort and time to trace a valuable package that was stuck in customs. Akın, we got it back thank you.
