"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. "Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for...
