"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is set within a beautiful listed building with lovely gardens, which gave it a lot of charm and character. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions.
