"Hotel was under major renovations. Nothing said at the time of booking. Room was not clean, air conditioning was coming off the wall with mold and dust all over. AC would work and then stop. I made the staff aware they did nothing. Ice makers didn't work. Staff seemed to be more involved in their TV watching to take care of the guest"
