"A great BUT I did not like the fact that we could not eat many of the main staples in breakfast due to cross contamination. Bacon/meat were in the same heated tray with the mini potato pancakes or as we call them mini hash browns. Again french toast, egg patties were in the same container with the bacon/meat. Even though there were two separate tongs for each item but people were using whichever is available and it is cross contamination. I know some people would say not a big deal. Yes it is...

"Indoor pool and lazy river"

"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care."

"The property is very clean, loved the outdoor seating and the balcony off our room. Breakfast was good, fresh and also enjoyed the outdoor pool. This is the second time we stayed there and we would stay again next time we are in Pigeon Forge."
