The property was good. There was a staff member that went above and beyond but had other staff members that just didn’t want to be bothered. Checked in and our room had a bed that was bowed in the middle so when we laid in it, it would sink us to the middle. They changed our room but the ac didn’t work but by the bed. So the whole room was hot but by the ac unit. Our fridge didn’t work either. The food wasn’t bad. Just wish there was more love in the breakfast like the biscuits seemed to be raw and the eggs had a lot of water in them where you had to drain it.

Small spider on the bed, MUCH LARGER spider on the curtain and in the bathroom. Our television didn’t work nor did the outlets to charge our phones. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to move into a different room. The front desk staff recommended us speaking with the manager Marco in the morning, waste of time. He acted appalled, yet don’t really look at the pictures provided to him nor did he even think apologize. As a guest who’s stayed here for years, several times a year it goes without saying I won’t be back

Overall good experience with 3 night stay Front desk lady was friendly and assisted with help. Clean room no complaints and stay was comfort. The air conditioner was very old but could sustain by providing room heat. commute is easy travel to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

The staff was wonderful. The biggest complaint I have is that the rooms no longer have refrigerators with freezer space for diabetics to freeze their ice packs for storing their insulin in coolers for traveling.

The hotel room was very clean. The whole hotel itself was spotless. I was very impressed with how clean this place was. We were also surprised when we had housekeeping service every day and they replaced our towels the first day.
