"I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom towels. They appeared to have been used and simply refolded, with visible hair on them. This is completely unacceptable and falls well below the basic hygiene standards expected of a hotel.
I was also very unhappy about the parking charges. I stayed at the hotel for less than 12 hours but was charged £10 for 24 hours of parking. This is unreasonable, particularly as I was an overnight guest at the hotel. Guests who are paying to...

"My stay at Church End Cottage was absolutely fabulous I have to say that. A very cozy stay in this garden house place which I found to have very pleasant window views as well as a very clean and tidy interior. Absolutely a place I'd go back any time as well as happy to recommend it to anyone which likes rather rural and remote bed and breakfast stays. Speaking of breakfast, that was amazing, all home made. Just a gem!"
