"This is an events hotel with a very large number of guests. I had a room in the Paddocks which is a building outside the main hotel. The rooms have No Aircon, the windows barely open due to safety catches. The temperature in the room was unbearable. The fan which was suppose to help was of very poor quality and did nothing to improve things! It was so bad I assumed it was broken, but after maintenance came out they confirmed it was just a rubbish fan . The rooms also had very poor sound...

"Was a nice family suite, very clean, lots of space which was great as our child is a teenager so perfect. Shame the smaller room didn’t have a double bed rather than a double sofabed but that’s me being picky. The bathroom was nice & clean. Did have an issue with the cold tap becoming cold (took ages) & the hot water became very hot very quickly. I didn’t use the restaurant or bar so can’t comment."

"This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. "Not what was advertised premium room was very understated, no chairs to view TV we had to lay on the bed. The window had a dresser in front obscuring the view. The inn was closed when we arrived 2pm left waiting for 20 minutes as no one was answering the phone, the entrance was very poorly maintained the bench at the door was obviously used for smo"
