"The hotel location was perfect. We arrived earlier than expected and Naveah got us early check-in without hesitation. The rooms (we booked 3 for our family) were all clean, comfortable and spacious; especially the King suite. The staff was super friendly, very accommodating and attentive. Always asking if there was anything we needed. Hampton Inn did not disappoint. The breakfast was perfect as well. I will definitely come back to this location. Also want to recognize Aliyah for her kindness and awesome customer service. "

"I was disappointed to have been put in a handicapped room, which was directly off the lobby. It was much louder than I would have liked, and there was no need to be in a handicapped room. The paper products, toilet paper and tissues were very poor quality and almost irritating. And the room did not have a safe which I was under the impression it did. "

"BE CAREFUL* BE SAFE* Go somewhere else! During my stay, several staff members reported that the new management company is not paying them and that there is no longer an on-site manager. Therefore, I did not receive any services (room cleaning or bed change). Many long-term guests worked behind the counter, helped new guests, and cleaned the rooms. The credit card and personal information of guests are not safeguarded because long-stay guests were going in and out of the staff office and helping the housekeeping staff with cleaning rooms. "
