"We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn.
Lovely friendly staff.
The best breakfast.
The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend."

"Great and memorable stay. The food was excellent, especially the dinner and I would rate this place 10/10. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. "At check out we had small issue about the parking and Sema was wonderful to, helped us to the car, gave us tips on getting around and was a delight! Everyone was nice and friendly but she was exceptional. Only negative I had was no orange juice at breakfast. Was empty and it was not refilled. Minor complaint."

"Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!!
And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended"

"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc.
However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us.
The en-suite was tastefully...

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath.
