The apartment was spacious, clean, with a great kitchen. It was easy walking distance to downtown and we could do our laundry there. We enjoyed staying there.

Apt staff never answered queries. Stingy on towels, TP, kitchen “equipped” but, eg, no coffee filters or even salt. Bed was comfy however there was only one very small pillow with a pillowcase for each of us, and yet three large decorative pillows for each. Good location. Good water pressure, WiFi.

The best place we have ever stayed

Just beautiful! Clean, has everything you need, well laid out and dare I say very Scandinavian. We were beyond happy with our stay. It’s in the centre of the city without being on a busy street, you can walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Recommend to all.

Everything was perfect for me and I really liked the simple modern monotone interior, too. Just one thing to adde is maybe if you had a higher quality hair dryer set in the room it would be super nice for women who cares for their hair. Thank you !

I stayed at the Johannesgatan 12 property. Be warned Stockholm has some hills with stairs so plan route from T-centralen carefully to avoid them if you are walking and have lots of bags! The property and room were great. Very quiet, very clean. It’s several buildings with an interior courtyard so I heard almost no street noise. Staff were very responsive to questions by email. The neighborhood is very residential so it’s pretty quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the central train station and the Hötorget metro station is 5 minutes away. I had a single room with a twin bed and balcony. Comfy bed, nice bathroom facilities and everything worked. They were very prompt sending the access code to get into the property and room.

Rengøring var tip top. Værelset var meget mørkt, vi savnede især en lampe over spisebordet. Vi kunne ikke gennemskue affaldssorteringssystemet - affaldsspandene i gården er ikke mærket med, hvilken slags affald der skal i hvor. Og kaffefiltrene passede ikke til kaffemaskinen. Men det er jo småting. Alt i alt havde vi et dejligt ophold.

アクセスが良く、静かで、清潔！！！

駅からアクセスが良く、便利でした。アイロン、食器、調理器具、掃除道具、タオル、シャンプー、コンディショナーはありました。ヘアードライヤーはありませんでした。洗濯は予約制で無料ですが、洗濯洗剤はついていません。 施設が良かった反面、Wi-Fiパスワードが部屋にあるはずなのに記載されていない、テレビが使えないしマニュアルもない、レンジの使い方YouTubeがざっくりしていて分かりづらいなどの不具合がありました。メールしたら、翌日対応してくれましたが、マニュアルやガイドを備えておいて欲しかったです。 マニュアルがあったら、評価はかなり高くなります。 退出時のゴミ捨て、掃除を忘れないように！追加料金がかかる場合があるそうです。

公寓式酒店空間算是蠻大的，該有的東西都非常的齊全，整潔度也還算可以，唯一的就是外出的時候離車站稍嫌遠了一些，且斜坡多樓梯多爬上爬下要特別注意，附近是一個學區，治安算是不錯的，購物商場有一段路不過也不算太遠，都10分鐘內步行可到達，只是步行的途中是樓梯跟斜坡這一點要特別的注意，公寓有要求當你退房的時候必須要將垃圾清除乾淨並且拿去指定的地方拋棄，整體來說，這家公寓是酒店還算是不錯的。
