This hotel is in great location walking distance to old town or downtown area .variety of shops for shopping and dinning .the hotel itself is clean and quite .It's just that the rooms were small and hallways are so narrow .it's not easy to handle your luggage's. I'm from Canada and we are not used to small spaces .other than that everything else was perfect .friendly staff ,decent breakfast ,etc.

I stayed at this property several years back and had a decent experience however after my most recent stay I would have to say the place has gone downhill. The biggest problem with the hotel is their beds! It felt like I was sleeping on a bed made of bricks with squeaky broken springs. Stayed for three nights and each morning I woke up stiff and sore from the bed. Secondly, the breakfast was NOT GOOD, found black hair in the food not once, but on two separate occasions. The buffet consisted of slimy lunch meats, watery powdered eggs and cold dishes that should have been hot. I skipped breakfast on the last day all together because it was so bad. On a positive note; there are several breakfast options within a short distance from the hotel. I was given a room with a balcony on the inside of the building however it only had a door out to the roof and no window. This was a big problem because the room was hot and stuffy! If I wanted any airflow in the room, I was forced to leave the door wide open which directly gave unobstructed access to me and my room. However more practically speaking, if it was raining you couldn’t open the door or it would come right inside. To sum it up, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful or safe stay!

Chambre mal isolée du bruit de la cour interieure de l'hôtel, il y a de la musique jusqu'à 23h et le bruit du petit dejeuner dès 6h. Presque pas de prises de courant ou terriblement mal placées. Beaucoup de petits manques en fait. Propreté globale qui est un peu douteuse. Le petit déjeuner à du choix mais quelques manques (café basique, pas de patisseries suédoises). L'hotel est assez bien situé dans une grande rue commercante avec beaucoup d'options se restaurer, des superettes très proches. Le metro est a 5 min a pied, la gare a 10mn.

Rent och bra. Bra frukost och påfyllning hela tiden. Lite smabba på att plocka disk vid frukost då både min tallrik med smörgås försvann och en annan som satt vid bordet bredvid blev av med sin frukost när han hämtade påfyllning. 😁🌞

Minsta rummet?

Vi har bott här 6-7 ggr och fått mycket bra service. Vi hade önskemål om rum vilket vi fått bekräftat att de skulle göra sitt bästa för att ge oss. Men tjejen i rec var en besvikelse och skyllde på att hon bara jobbade extra. Vi fick rum 311 som var så litet att man fick gå på tvären mellan säng och vägg. Som tur var bodde vi bara 1 natt.
