A long week-end in Stockholm

Outstanding breakfast with lots of variety and choices. You also have afternoon snacks and later at night. Nice vintage elevator and comfy rooms. The staff was marvellous and very helpful. Very well located close to restaurants and public transportation.

This place was great. While it does not have A/C, the rooms had fans and that worked just fine. The receptionist Sofia was very kind and was always willing to make sure that your expectations were met. I would hire her more my team in a heartbeat

The hotel is cute, at an amazing location, and the staff is professional. However, my room didn't have an A/C and there was no way to get it to a reasonable temperature during my stay in July. Keeping the window open didn't make any difference, because it was facing an enclosed courtyard that was warm as well. The outside temperature would drop at night, but that had no impact to the air in my room.

This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

Aan het eind van de winkelstraat, vlak bij SveavÀgen. Met een beetje goede moed en zonder regen is alles op prettig loopafstand, van Centrum en Centraal Station, tot aan Gamla Stan en Söderholmen. Mooi gebouw van binnen, single kamers zijn wel echt single single, er zit niet veel ruimte in. En de kamer was iets verouderd naar mijn gevoel. Maar mocht de pret niet drukken. Ideale uitvalshoek voor mij voor de plannen die ik had.

I stayed at this property several years back and had a decent experience however after my most recent stay I would have to say the place has gone downhill. The biggest problem with the hotel is their beds! It felt like I was sleeping on a bed made of bricks with squeaky broken springs. Stayed for three nights and each morning I woke up stiff and sore from the bed. Secondly, the breakfast was NOT GOOD, found black hair in the food not once, but on two separate occasions. The buffet consisted of slimy lunch meats, watery powdered eggs and cold dishes that should have been hot. I skipped breakfast on the last day all together because it was so bad. On a positive note; there are several breakfast options within a short distance from the hotel. I was given a room with a balcony on the inside of the building however it only had a door out to the roof and no window. This was a big problem because the room was hot and stuffy! If I wanted any airflow in the room, I was forced to leave the door wide open which directly gave unobstructed access to me and my room. However more practically speaking, if it was raining you couldn’t open the door or it would come right inside. To sum it up, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful or safe stay!

Mottagningen var sÄdÀr, rummet var varmt och det luktade gammal svett pÄtagligt i rummet. Det saknades duschdraperi pÄ toaletten, vilket medförde vatten pÄ golvet utanför dusch ytan. Saknades kyl pÄ rummet, vi hade velat sÀtta in juice.Frukosten var rörig men helt okej, dock sÄ saknades det platser. Nja, dem behöver nog ta tag i en del för att man skulle vilja Äka dit igen. Mottagaren vid utcheck var desto bÀttre, det var bra och lÀget i anslutning till Drottninggatan var ocksÄ bra .

Stanze minuscoli, manca ogni requisito per una classificazione di 4 stelle, niente aria condizionata, tenperatura in camera tipo sauna, un inferno da non poter dormire. Cambiata stanza il giorno dopo in camera senza finestre e senza areazione o aria condizionata. Dormire impossibile. Costretto a cambiare hotel. Devo riconoscere che la prima colazione era buona.

Chambre mal isolée du bruit de la cour interieure de l'hÎtel, il y a de la musique jusqu'à 23h et le bruit du petit dejeuner dÚs 6h. Presque pas de prises de courant ou terriblement mal placées. Beaucoup de petits manques en fait. Propreté globale qui est un peu douteuse. Le petit déjeuner à du choix mais quelques manques (café basique, pas de patisseries suédoises). L'hotel est assez bien situé dans une grande rue commercante avec beaucoup d'options se restaurer, des superettes trÚs proches. Le metro est a 5 min a pied, la gare a 10mn.

Rommet var veldig trangt, mye trangere enn det som framgikk av bildene. Det var ogsÄ uutholdelig varmt. Ventilasjonen var dÄrlig, og fordi rommet vendte ut mot atriet, hjalp det ikke Ä Äpne vinduet, ettersom det var like varmt i atriet. Det var satt inn en vifte, men det var ikke mye hjelp i den. Frokost ok og hyggelig betjening, men det oppveide ikke for mangelen pÄ luftemuligheter. Her bor vi aldri mer.

Riktigt bra lÀge, promenadavstÄnd till mycket. Det Àr vÀldigt varmt överallt i landet nu och Àven hemma hos mÄnga. SÄ Àven pÄ rummet. FlÀkten hjÀlpte dock en del. Frukosten; supergod och bra utbud.
