"We stayed in two single-bed rooms on level 5.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms are good value for the price. Free basement parking is available. The property is a bit old, so don't expect anything fancy. Hot water is consistently available, and the hotel provides basic amenities such as two water bottles, shower gel, and shampoo. However, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and lockers are not provided. "Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.
