"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay.
Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days everytime we went down to the garage, it absolutely stank like sewer.
I get it's a building shared with a mall, but still hotel management need to be aware of this.
Overall I would have given the stay a solid A, but due to poor room conditions and the smell in the garage for our second part of stay, I'll give it a B+."
