"With taxes, etc our room cost us over $400. We were definitely disappointed. Yes, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and across from The Captain Cook (which we had reservations for the next night). We arrived from a very long day of travel and wanted a soda or bottled water… not one vending machine in the place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was unnecessary, the curtains weren’t sun blocking. The gal at checkin was very nice."

"Great place to stay in the Summer if you don't have a car, you can walk 5 - 15 minutes to great restaurants in Dt Anchorage. Room was very clean, comfortable mattress. Microwave in the room is always a plus."

"Don't let the shared bathrooms deter you from staying here. They are very large and nice bathrooms and there are two per floor. Bed was comfortable and the saff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience. Parking was nice and easy to find."
