"Grossly overpriced for what it was. Needs some serious updating. $400 a night and you dont even have shower gel, just a crummy little bar of soap and tiny little bottle of shampoo. Breakfast was very basic. Mattress was not comfortable. It is a shame as it was a decent location. Shuttle driver was very friendly as was the breakfast staff. Would not be my first choice."

"Great location right near the dock for our cruise. Tremendous parking, and they even allowed us to leave the car for the duration of the cruise even though we had checked out that morning. Room was serviceable with good ventilation. Their adjacent restaurant served a tasty breakfast. Overall, we were pleased."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The main problem was that our key cards kept on failing and required being rekeyed, but within an hour they malfunctioned. The bedside table had dried glue or epoxy on the table surface next to some loose side banding that was apparently meant to be the target for the glue, but it didn't make it that far. The walls and ceiling were not very sound insulated and we could hear people talking and moving carts or some equipment during the night and early...

"The shuttle was very convenient, even with a pick up time at midnight. There are not any restaurants close by, so be prepared with your own food or have transportation. Good airport hotel, close to where you need to be."

"Shuttle driver Lenny had near constant rude commentary, even telling another guest that it “wasn’t her show” when she asked about the shuttle schedule. He seemed to be offended if you didn’t laugh at his jokes while driving. Michael was a refreshing difference between the two of them. Strangers’ hair in the bathtub on arrival didn’t inspire a lot of confidence in the cleanliness. Rinsed easily but….yeah."

"Beautiful view of the river. Staff was not very friendly. Bring your own coffee...coffee in room is terrible. Also, quite loud....you hear every footstep outside your room and above you....and lots of road noise."

"In the past I have always loved staying here. Very nice place, great staff. That being said, i will be staying elsewhere in the future. One thing that was appreciated was the complimentary Continental Breakfast, and after 20+ years of enduring whatever the cost of the stay they have now done away with it. Not only did it help in saving money money, it was time saving to be able to just walk in get your food eat, tip, and leave. Maybe some won't mind but this is a major disappointment to me."

"Extraordinarily shabby. Like being in a low rent version of a dystopian 70’s roadside motel. Dirt and blood stains on sheets. No AC. Smelt of something between bleach and rotting wood. Most impressive feature was the high quality bullet proof glass separating the counter person from us checking in. Enjoy!"

"Newly renovated, spacious, and cozy. Beautifully tucked away in a quiet valley, very peaceful and relaxing. Super close to the Exit Glacier hiking trails, with a cute little coffee shop on-site. Loved our stay!"
