"The embassy was clean and beautiful. Adults got 2 drinks per night for staying at the embassy. The breakfast was included with the stay and above standard and delicious. The pool was warm and indoors to help stay away from the heat. The room itself was a decent size , clean and had all the amenities one needs. The location was near the middle of downtown phoenix which helps plan your travels with family. Overall a 10/10 on this stay"

"It was “ok”. Staff was nice, they helped me get into my room early. However when I went into the room, the walk in shower had two strands of someone else’s hair in it and areas of the tile grout were black. The sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t lift up when pushing the lever down. The only way to lift it was to manually touch it by putting your hand in the dirty water to lift it up. There was also dirt on the flooring near the balcony door."

"For some reason this Hampton was not included in my Hilton App forcing me to use Expedia? I was having surgery next door at St Joseph and needed to extend my stay. The desk clerk was inflexible in using my credit card that my Fiancé presented nor did I get a discount available with the Expedia reservation. Disappointing cost considering other prices for Hiltons in Phoenix!"

"Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate"

"The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"The property was beautiful! I had a room facing the courtyard on the first floor. The outdoor maintenance was kept up throughout the day. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved the Starbucks in the lobby... great way to start my day."
