"Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included was tasty."

"There was random hair and toilet paper on the bathroom floor upon arriving to my room. The re was stains and burn holes on both beds white bedding. There was an unknown fluid stuck on the armor and table/counter tops like nobody has wiped down in years. There was no soap to wash our hands. The sofa and chairs were covered in gross looking spots I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them without laying down a towel. From the outside the hotel looks nice and so does the pool area however during my stay the pool was filled with debris and the hotline water was yellow and also filled with even more debris (so I didn’t even get to use those). This hotel isn’t worth 60$/night let alone the 128$/night I spent. It is filthy in the rooms. But a pretty courtyard "

"My family and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, staff members were very helpful and offered a friendly welcome. The breakfast was sensational and delicious, we enjoyed the sauna and my kids loved the pool. We will definitely be coming back for another enjoyable visit. Even tho we came out for an appointment the stay at the hotel made our visit a wonderful and memorable vacation. Thank You Staybridge Suite Phoenix Hotel. 💖"
