"A/C never worked, first night there was hot water. Day 2/3 nothing, let it run for the longest time and never got hot. Went upstairs just to see the views and was told couldn’t pass withOUT ID. I was in sweats, my mom and I. We’re not in the club scene anymore, haven’t been in years and they wouldn’t let us just take a look and a quick picture. Front desk was nice, accommodating…but I think the crowd of people that were always around at night was too young for my liking. "

"The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable."

"I'm giving it five stars because it was exactly what I expected. But it is definitely not a five-star location. The construction started at 7:00 on Saturday morning , my door barely opened, half of the lights didn't work and I had to move the fridge to be able to plug it in. "

"Clean rooms. Woman who checked me in was a pleasure so nice and pointed out where everhything was. She was also there when I left that morning. Really wish I got her name she was a sweetheart! Pool was nice and so was hot tub. And the water bottle fill station was perfect for me as I use refillable water bottles!"
