"Good place"

"The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful. They have a few different spaces to sit and work or perhaps just chit chat with a traveling companion. I booked a one bed bedroom and the space was big. Bigger than any other one bed hotel room I’ve ever had in the past. I loved the desk next to the tv, the couch by the window, the couch desk, the bathroom and there were so many outlets in the room. Having control of the thermostat was fantastic too! Front desk staff were so kind and helpful too."

"The stay was great, everyday the place is cleaned. And the location of the guest is close to the Mariano's grocery store."

"I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case...

"Very nice hotel. The room is beautiful, beds are comfy and clean. The overall decor was very high-end. The staff was very friendly and helpful mostly. The daily amenity fee has no value however; you get glass bottled water which is nice and records and record player in the room - not worth $29 (there's no pool or complimentary food just the bottled water in the room and lemon water in the lobby during the day). It was surprising to find that the front desk area and elevator lobby lights...

"10/10 experience! Love this hotel!…the only negative was a less than nice /helpful staff person at the front desk of the spa when I asked about the use of the sauna/steam room and also my neighbors next to my room were quite loud"

"Antonio was kind and welcoming my entire stay. Honey was very nice on my check-in day and the rest of the staff was super nice. The room had a yoga mat and dumbbells, bath robes, and good amount of lights and outlets. Loved the design of the room like the bench dresser under the tv. I would stay again, my only complaint is the lobby was a little warm and the elevator took awhile with only two elevators and several floors. Parilla, the restaurant next door had good food and hotel guests get a 10%...

"The room was too small and it made me claustrophobic. I did not realize the design was so compact and it was stressful to say in such a small confined space with hardly any room to move. I was not able to find any bathroom supplies in my room (swabs, etc). Overall, it wasn't too bad but I dont think I will be staying here again."
