"We parked valet and it was easy and convenient to get our vehicle when needed. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. Downside for me there was no place in the hotel where I could get replacement toiletries like other hotels might have, had to walk down to convenience store at night for pain medication, however, this was not too inconvenient and I enjoyed the cool night walk. Kids loved to look out the window and see the ocean. Within walking distance to many places to eat, including Little Italy. Also walking distance to the ships and pier. Overall, great place to stay. Would stay again."

"Not sure what was going on I guess it was construction going on but the guys at the front desk were amazing outgoing good attitude very helpful. One thing I did not like I never received my deposit. How to keep on bugging them in order to get it until this day, I still haven’t got it."

"The breakfast was great, the cleaning staff were so kind. Donna was great at breakfast, friendly and kind. The staff at the store inside was a little rude and there wasn’t much variety. Also the people trying to sell vacations were very obnoxious. We had just checked in and were pounced on, after that someone tried to talk to us every time we went to the lobby or the complimentary drink/snack time. "
