"Amazing place! Great location!"

"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "

"The building certainly isn't new, the paint on the walkways had peeled away in areas but were perfectly fine in terms of walking on them. Room was clean, nice bathroom, and a/c worked well, just a bit of noise from the adjacent roads but less than one might suspect. Overall I would definitely stay there again. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and ice bucket. I wasn't real happy about paying $25 for parking there, but it is somewhat in the downtown area so better to pay there than find a parking garage. I just don't remember that being stated on the website but I may have missed it. Gets a solid 4 out of 5."

"Room had smell of mold. Found some mold in the bathroom shower. Air Conditioning kept shutting off and room got hot and could not sleep well at night. Shower handle old and hard to find between hor and cold. After a shower, water leaked out of faulty glass gasket and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. "

"This hotel is not as advertised, small rooms, old deco and not very clean. AC not on when arrived and took forever to cool off. The pictures on site do not match rooms at all and hotel smells musty "
