"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"

"Perfect Room for a Special Occasion The room was perfectly clean and ideal for a special occasion. Slippers and a dressing gown were provided, along with lovely, beautifully scented toiletries. The wardrobe was spacious and easily accommodated all our belongings for the weekend. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a King Size Bed and balcony, which was perfect for sitting outside in the crisp January weather with a nice cup of tea. "Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!"
