"Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. "Wonderful stay, would definitely go back. Great location, comfy bed, great shower, lovely breakfast, great bar and garden. "

"Nice city centre location. Parking £12 a day, by necessity as I didnt see any other option eg street parking. Easy walking distance to many restaurants although the hotel has its own restaurant and separate bar with food. Gym and spa attached , and pool was a good size. Just one point to be aware of--the hot water from tap is extremely hot, and using shower can be tricky, and need to get temperature right before stepping in"

"We had lovely stay. The staff at checkin were friendly amd helpful. Our room was tidy and the little extras like a small fridge, iron etc came in useful. We bought some time in the spa area which was very nice. The aroma room and open air spa pool were especially nice. The swimming pool is quite narrow so if you are intending to swim laps you might struggle when busy as it can only take two swimmers comfortably.
