"This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. "

"So, first of all the English breakfast. Have to pay extra for mushrooms (how rude and hence only 4 stars for it) but a good choice of continental food, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, jams. The room (I stayed in the lodge) very clean and spacious room however the radiator didn't seem to be working although towel rail in bathroom was but there was enough space for a wheelchair. Staff are diligent and friendly (both day and night) and I advised on the faulty socket in my room. I've stayed here before...

"Spacious room,great shower and all spotless. Lots of 'extras' water by the bed, slippers and dressing gowns. Great view too. Breakfast was very good as was dinner. All the staff were professional and friendly. "

"Excellent stay here, the staff were very accommodating, Espically to my young children. Excellent position on the seafront and a short walk to amenities. The room itself was very clean, warm and cosy. I really appreciated the call, from Paul, earlier in the day to say we could arrive early, it was snowing so we appreciated the warm cosy room. I was told the chef was unwell but having breakfast you would not know it. The hotel catered for all vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs. A real gem...
