Great Stay - Big Breakfasts

Great place to stay with our family. Portion sizes for food were enormous so definitely only need one kids meal between 2 kids and the breakfast kept us full all day!

Perfect for a business trip

Rooms are situated outside the pub and are clean and comfortable. The motel/pub is great with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast from 7:30am and it was fantastic.

This modern motel exceeded my expectations with it's stylish design and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is relaxing and well thought out, making it a great place to unwind. Lovely overnight stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was like a small chalet and comfortable for an overnight stay. There was everything we needed and we were really happy about how dog friendly the hotel was. Our dog enjoyed sausages for breakfast and the full English was very tasty.

Perfect little getaway

Lovely little night away just what was needed before my daughter’s exams started. Great service very helpful and understanding staff with disability awareness (daughter is autistic). Lovely place, great meals and drinks

Decent place

Decent place, rooms quite dated. Had a few problems with faulty electrics and heating, but staff did a great job sorting them out. Nice and quiet room. Good pub too. Overall, not bad.

Great place to stay.

Superb hotel, ample sized room, clean and well appointed. Lovely fresh food, plenty of it and reasonably priced. Nice and close to Beccles and the river. 5* staff. We shall return.
