"The room was fine nothing special. The mattress seemed to be old. Everytime my husband moved I moved too. Very uncomfortable sleep. The worst part was the location, the hotel is extremely spread out in separate buildings , we are handicapped and we’re put in the furthest building with all handicapped parking taken with no handicap tag or hangers on almost all the cars parked in handicap and from the same county (Dougherty) who’s is almost 3 hours South. "I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough"

"The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in"

"The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel."
