"I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough"

"The room was fine nothing special. The mattress seemed to be old. Everytime my husband moved I moved too. Very uncomfortable sleep. The worst part was the location, the hotel is extremely spread out in separate buildings , we are handicapped and we’re put in the furthest building with all handicapped parking taken with no handicap tag or hangers on almost all the cars parked in handicap and from the same county (Dougherty) who’s is almost 3 hours South. "Kinda run down suite made for a uncomfortable stay. I prepaid otherwise I would have went elsewhere. Good: Evening staff were attentive. Unlimited coffee station. Room - stained couch and mattress you can hear and feel the springs. I covered everything with their extra bedding. Peeling paint is a theme- in your bathtub, and around bathroom. "The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. "The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in"

"The sink in the room was cracked. The outside door, right outside of the room was broken. That caused us to go around the long way just to get to our room. The bathroom vent did not work. The breakfast was okay. However, the juice machine was broken the whole time. Parking was horrible and scary. "Breakfast was very limited. They ran out of items at 0830 and refused to replenish them even though the they still had over an hour left!!! Otherwise it was ok."

"The room was nice and spacious, however the refrigerator was not getting cold. We ended up having to change rooms because of this. We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast."
