"The room was fine nothing special. The mattress seemed to be old. Everytime my husband moved I moved too. Very uncomfortable sleep. The worst part was the location, the hotel is extremely spread out in separate buildings , we are handicapped and we’re put in the furthest building with all handicapped parking taken with no handicap tag or hangers on almost all the cars parked in handicap and from the same county (Dougherty) who’s is almost 3 hours South. "Kinda run down suite made for a uncomfortable stay. I prepaid otherwise I would have went elsewhere. Good: Evening staff were attentive. Unlimited coffee station. "I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough"

"The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. "Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains."
