"Spacious family room with all amenities available."

"Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."

"I love all design of the hotel, simple and feels comfortable staying 🙂 "

"Great stay in Surabaya. Will definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."

"I loved it everyone was kind and very attentive to my needs. Even going as far as to open all doors for me. It was a wonderful experience I am glad I stayed."

"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is near places we would like to visit. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful."

"Awesome... Strategic location, in central town of Surabaya. Comfy room, clean bathroom.."

"The only reason I booked a room at this hotel was because a friend recommended it because it’s very near to where his family lives. I even checked out early."
