"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"Wonderfull place near skiareas in Poland and Check Rep. Rooms in the side building looks newly renovated, the breakfast I once and the reception staf, especially Katarzyna are simply fantastic and go out of her way to help ypui for a great stay :)"

"Bardzo ładny apartament poza centrum. W świetnej lokalizacji, jeśli chodzi o wyjście na szlaki. Czyste powietrze i brak hałasu. Niestety podawany jest jako apartament dla 4 osób, a nie ma dla tylu osób miejsca. Łóżko tzw. małżeńskie ma tylko 120cm szerokości i nie nadaje się do wygodnego spania dla 2 osób. "Karpacz 3 Maja 66 to miejsce tragiczne pod każdym względem. Takiego syfu i smrodu dawno nie widziałem. Paskudna śmierdząca klatka schodowa, rozbite szyby w drzwiach, przegnite wykładziny. W "apartamencie" prawie wszystko nie działa. Przepalone żarówki, niesprawna kuchenka, brudne łóżka. Pościel nieprzygotowana, samemu musieliśmy ją powlekać w poszewki. Za miejce do spania służy wąska sofa oraz dwa ciasne fotele szerokości 1 metra. Na cały apartament nie ma ani jednego łóżka. Parking cały w...

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."
